      Good WLB Interesting problems being solved day-to-day

      Low pay Constant reorgs that make it impossible to plan work long-term Lack of clear company direction, constantly playing catchup with rivals like Toast in food & bev space Lack of synergy between Square and Cash Poorly planned migration projects that constantly distracts from real product work Disappointing career growth, especially in the last 2 years due to all of the above Lack of office culture lowers already low morale

      High pay. Lots of learning from other group companies facing similar issues. Great people. Strong leadership.

      Cons

      Cross-border working with US and AU slows things down, moves communication to a-sync, and moves meetings that can't be a-sync to less social / occasionally un-social hours.
