      Work from home, benefits, wellness benefits, affordable health insurance, neurodiversity ERG (and others), great networking opportunity.

      Cons

      Lots of change without input from people that actually do the work, seems to have become too focused on profit/larger accounts > quality/small businesses, significant decrease in raises, lay-offs.

      Office provides free snacks, decent pay, and some coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Strategy/Operations makes changes without any communication or providing any value to the company. We over hired field sales which is losing the company millions but continue to double down on it. Feedback is not welcome. Training is insufficient. Sales leadership is obsolete with little support or tooling to do the job.
