      Pros

      Fantastic benefits and great salary.

      Cons

      Meeting about meetings. In our dept., it was a sea of yes people just nodding their head's at management. No one wanted to rock the boat.

      Pros

      If I can help it, I'm never leaving. Incredible coworkers, supportive team, great CEO, and a decent ability to move up if you work hard and play your cards right. The perks are great, but the work is wonderful too, you don't feel like you work for some evil tech mega-corp.

      Cons

      Like all finance companies, it takes time to get even the most basic things ideas out the door. There is lots of overhead and approval...which makes sense. It is a fortune 500 company.

      Pros

      They allow us to work from home and when the offices re-open we will continue to have this option. The company treats its employees unbelievably well. You aren't a number even though there are so many of us. We are valued. I couldn't imagine a better company to work for. They provide us with endless benefits for physical, mental and financial health.

      Cons

      I cannot think of one.
