Consistent external hires in leadership have lead to a culture of mismanagement and striving for optics, with no awareness of the work. Very little career development opportunity.

Leadership is weak / Peter Principle in action. I don't know what i can say without revealing too much, but basically when I look at them, I don't think they are smart or eloquent. Everything is very 'vibes' based, which I struggle with
