      The severance package was nice

      Cons

      Very cold layoffs process. No exit interview. No manager reaching out to say good bye. Just an email and next thing you know you’re locked out of everything.

      Processes were very organized, great benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Layoffs can happen at anytime, sometimes the RC leads give you projects just to give you projects are thry csn be stressful, my lead had a terrible performance evaluation from direct reports and made the team meet multiple times to discuss.
