I was genuinely excited to join this company. From the outside, it looked like a place that valued openness, collaboration, and integrity. But from the start, I found the environment unwelcoming and closed off. Key information was often withheld, and collaboration felt more like gatekeeping than teamwork. I raised concerns to management on multiple occasions — about the lack of transparency, the poor communication, and how difficult it was to feel included. People are committed to the company's mission and are very helpful. You get to work on interesting problems and you feel empowered to come up with innovative solutions and try new things. Pay ranges were revised upwards in 2024 due to market realities and the fact that the company stock has taken a beating for a extended period of time. CEO taking more of a hands on role and focusing the company on doing fewer things better instead of spreading too thin and trying to do too many things.
