Team - people are genuinely awesome Remote work Work life balance - prior to 2026 RIF

Cons

Leadership doesn't know what they're doing and are unable to hire externally. They change strategy every quarter and it shows in business metrics (no growth for years). Jack Dorsey is a terrible CEO who has driven all his other companies down to the ground and should be replaced. Do not recommend joining - very unstable environment. Most people are looking to leave.
