Resources for the HRBP team from COE partners Previously strong HR leadership (no longer exists)

Cons

The constant vision setting from Jack gets exhausting. Less than a year into functionalization of Business Units and moving away from a GM structure has led to more Sev0 outages than ever before. Square customers are screaming from rooftops on how disappointed they are. Square HR previously was a strong team, this no longer exists.

- Good pay - Interesting challenges - Operation at scale - Doing something for the greater good (economic empowerment of disenfranchised communities)

Cons

- Stock's taken a beating in the last few years - Considerable amount of rest-and-vesters/low performers, though I suppose they're getting culled
