      Cons

      Technology in fintech is not that interesting. Growth is stagnating; vision is not bold. Stock is perpetually stuck in a certain level, so you won't get rich here. Tech management is pretty bad and getting worse, with inexperienced managers everywhere and performance management souring the creative culture.
