Office provides free snacks, decent pay, and some coworkers are nice

Cons

Strategy/Operations makes changes without any communication or providing any value to the company. We over hired field sales which is losing the company millions but continue to double down on it. Feedback is not welcome. Training is insufficient. Sales leadership is obsolete with little support or tooling to do the job.

Good Health benefits from the ptsd you’ll get working here. Unlimited pto but you’ll work on your pto. Remote so they can overwork you.

Cons

Worst work life balance I’ve experienced. Only Engineering gets catered to but other roles like Ops, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Audit, are overworked and burnt out. Favoritism is rampant, and demographic quota hires sometimes result in uneven workloads. Performance ratings can be biased; if a manager doesn’t like you or you won’t do the work of two people, you’re at risk. Toxic culture with knowledge gatekeeping, poor leadership with bad attitudes, and too much politics. If you’re from traditional financial services industry, expect to lose industry standards, since mgmt just make things up. HR never tells you that your so called annual bonus gets paid out in 16 quarters?! Ridiculous. Why would someone stay another 16 quarters to get paid for the previous annual bonus. Mind games.
