Good company for remote work

I was genuinely excited to join this company. From the outside, it looked like a place that valued openness, collaboration, and integrity. But from the start, I found the environment unwelcoming and closed off. Key information was often withheld, and collaboration felt more like gatekeeping than teamwork. I raised concerns to management on multiple occasions — about the lack of transparency, the poor communication, and how difficult it was to feel included.
