Great talent across the board, supportive team. At the forefront of AI, innovation, engineering, design and future org structure in the age of AI.

Cons

Changes & restructure over de last three years due to increased head count and AI brought uncertainty, layoffs. Too much focus on promotions and tighter performance management cycles hindered collaboration, autonomy and focus on getting on with the work.
