      - allow the employees to use all kinds of AI tools - the culture used to be friendly

      During my tenure I experienced changes in leadership 5x. The lack of consistency and visibility into day to day operations truly showed. There was also lack of true understanding of risk mitigation experience and this truly hurt the customer experience. There was no accountability for the leadership that was running the area. Tremendous waste of money seen several times such as department trainings not attended by entire group and having to catch everyone up on the changes anyway, company parties. Frequent layoffs even after company supposedly does thorough process to get jobs reqs approved.
