The company is going through massive changes: - the CEO of Square left - lots of reorgs this year - no work/ life balance - no strategic direction that is clear and actionable - layoffs are imminent The sales team does not have a clear strategy and the leadership is frantic and chaotic, consistently changing direction. There is a lot of burnout in the company and many people will likely leave.
