Great teams, lots of ownership and growth if you get to be in their good papers. Great ramp up period and support from lead to reach goals.

Cons

Large CS team, makes it difficult to get a real yearly compensation revised if there's no level promo There's clear preference treatment on this side unfortunately

Team - people are genuinely awesome Remote work Work life balance - prior to 2026 RIF

Cons

Leadership doesn't know what they're doing and are unable to hire externally. They change strategy every quarter and it shows in business metrics (no growth for years). Jack Dorsey is a terrible CEO who has driven all his other companies down to the ground and should be replaced. Do not recommend joining - very unstable environment. Most people are looking to leave.
