      Great mission undermined by self-serving management

      Pros

      Mission was great and some people were, too.

      Cons

      Most managers were too involved with choosing their own career and burning through employees than focusing on building their teams to a better level where everyone could benefit. Those same managers would focus on backroom conversations on how to torpedo undesireable programs and leaders throughout the company. I know because I was approached several times and asked to divulge information. I have integrity and morals. That's why I am no longer there.
