      Pros

      None other than the Block brand itself.

      Cons

      The most toxic team I've ever worked with. No direction. Blind leading the blind. Yet, despite all these, they are built of patriarchal mgt team with huge egos.

      Decent pay, good benefits, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Lots of turn over and random lay offs. It was hard to feel secure when your co workers are getting laid off left and right.

      1. Remote, not sure if it's pro anymore. WFH feels isolated and boring sometimes. 2. ESPP. 3. Used to have good WLB.
