You get to take selfies with Jack Dorsey while your stock price plummets.

Cons

All the worst rumors you've heard about this company are true. Massive egos, incompetent management, and jealous conniving coworkers everywhere you turn. The onboarding program is an absolute joke, and the executive decision making is pathetic, as evidenced by the current state of the business. You wont learn anything here, as people are more concerned with how they dress than what they're working on. Square is a rapidly sinking ship, and the only people still working there are too stupid to look for a lifeboat.
