      Pros

      Biggest pro is that we are new in Europe and with Dublin being out EU HQ we get to create the strategy for each market and manage execution. In large companies teams are more specific and siloed, but here we get hands on experience, making a direct impact

      Cons

      Not all U.S teams consider international market nuances when making plans/process improvements.

      Pros

      Block and square has exceed my expectations. Everyday is different and constantly learning. The culture is amazing where everyone can be themselves and thrive. The company is very open to different ideas and perspectives. There is great flexibility about working from home and in the office. Unlimited annual leave helps me balance work life and home life. Management are very supportive in achieving goals.
