Frequent internal restructuring and layoffs (2023-2026). There have been many rounds of layoffs and frequent changes in leadership/team structures (makes it difficult to complete projects/tasks and locate teammates). -Leadership puts heavy pressure on staff for AI adoption/integration into daily work. -High KPI's for individual contributor roles. -Difficult for internal advancement/mobility into other roles (lengthy interview process for internal staff as well). -Difficult to obtain raises/promotions (leadership continues to raise performance expectations).
