      Pros

      The products are world-class, the brand is well-known, design is a first-class citizen and there is a lot of room for growth both as a company and an individual

      Cons

      I think we're really going through growing pains right now, there have been so many people added to the company in a short period of time that there is a lot of chaos and sometimes overlapping efforts from team to team. Leadership has definitely identified this and is doing a good job aligning efforts at a global level

      - Working using the latest tools and technologies - The company is growing quickly - Professional environment - Meals provided - Actively contributes to open source initiatives - Culture of hiring people that play nicely with others - Tries to emulate what we think are the good parts of Google's culture

      - Lots of younger folks in the company, sometimes chasing after shiny things - Not very diverse in engineering - The company is officially still in startup mode, sometimes projects change quickly while we are still trying to find the right ways to grow the business
