      Pros

      Been with Square close to 3 years and still find the work exciting, interesting and varied. Teams are very collaborative, with everyone working towards the same mission. Real sense that customers and staff are put first.

      Cons

      Sometimes the amount of info shared within the company, in the aim to be transparent, can be overwhelming.
