      Pros

      Our mission and work is meaningful and has a positive impact on the world. Senior management's integrity and commitment are incontrovertible. Colleagues are highly intelligent, collaborative, and motivated. Engineering has a high commitment to quality work.

      Cons

      We've grown quickly, and there have been some growing pains. The information overload takes some getting used to. Location in SF makes it hard for South Bay commuters.

      Pros

      - deeply rooted mission - at the end of the day we are changing people's lives for the better - ideas are valued - you are accountable for everything you do - impact, everyday I can say that I contributed to something. - tons of momentum - lots of opportunity to grow vertically and horizontally within the company - new, very experienced and respected leadership

      Cons

      - we're getting bigger and with that comes a lot of testing, learning and iterating. So be prepared for being a part of that. Perfection doesn't happen on the first try. - processes are not as ironed out as it is at Google or Facebook - small company feel is turning into mid-size company feel

      Pros

      - Collaborative environment - Ideas and prioritization comes from the line - Lots of mentorship opportunities for individual contributors.

      Cons

      - Promoting from within also means that there aren't enough senior managers. - Needs more mentorship opportunities at the manager level. - Need to fund speculative projects a little less and ship earlier / fail fast.
