Pros

I was an employee for 5 years up until Jack decided to cut 50% of the company and offer a retention bonus to the other 50%. For the past couple years, there have been very frequent reorgs and continuos layoffs. It does not matter if your performance is outstanding, there is always the fear about what Jack will do.
