Decent compensation, insurance, and benefits Amazon gift card compensation as rewards on a weekly and monthly basis
Cons
Scaling quickly from a start up to a more corporate mindset, a little chaotic organizationally at times in the sales dept. When you first get on they tell you, "do well in this role, and you can move anywhere in the company you'd like..." Truly, they want you to stay in sales, wish they would've said that.
