Great company overall, volatile right now

Benefits and compensation were amazing. $2500/year for Psychologists, $750/year per healthcare practitioner.

Cons

Red tape, politics, no way to review poor management. Very silo-ed. Big layoffs, a bit volatile with Jack at the helm now.
