Pros

Flexible hours. Pay starting at $20 per hour ($30 for OT) and easy to swap shifts without needing approval. Show up on time and in uniform and the jobs not that hard. Don't have to worry about being laid off because its an essential employee role and everyone worked through the pandemic.

Cons

Its hard dealing with the homeless sometimes.

Pros

Block by Block is a great place to learn new skills in a professional environment. The people are fun, kind, and very passionate about what they do. Granted, being in the corporate office is different than being in the field, so this review won't relate to every associate. If you are a young professional in the Louisville area you should keep an eye out for open positions. However, there are negatives like in any company.

Cons

The pay is low for some positions both corporate and in the field. Benefits are bad, which includes a non-matching 401k, expensive health insurance, and two weeks of vacation "if even that."
