      Pros

      The people you work with are great and amazing. If you enjoy being outside and meeting new people it's great. The pay is good for such an easy job and depending on the location you work the view and scenery is amazing.

      Cons

      The management at the Santa Monica needs some work. They can be overbearing as well as try to spy on employees in the field. They criticize more than they would congratulate you.

      Pros

      Getting an opportunity to help people. No two days are ever the same. The starting pay is decent for a security job.

      Cons

      Everything else not in the Pros! If you want to work hard and NOT be rewarded, please apply! Management will do anything and everything to cover themselves even at the expense of getting the job as a team.

      Learning experience

      Pros

      Works outside and with the public. Full time. Decent pay. Get to meet with businesses and the public all day. Walking job

      Cons

      Horrible management. Doesn't care about their employees. Little opportunity for advancement. Not really security anymore, janitorial services now. HR is compromised.
