Leadership is insecure, ignorant, and inexperienced. SVPs & VPs spend their time tracking employees with daily questions like "what does x person do all day", monitoring what time they swipe in to the building in the morning, and eventually firing people, all to justify *their* roles. Sycophants are promoted, anyone who asks questions is pushed out. The company launched in 2018 and 6 years later it still has not released one product or service. Don't let the high salary fool you, the place is a toxic cesspool.

Poor leadership from the top down... was there for 6 months and never even heard from CEO or COO. My direct supervisor barely checked in on me. No communication between departments... I had no idea what any other department was working on. Hired me for 6 months, then let me go due to budget cuts- poor planning on their part. They hire people just to let them go in 6 months. I would not recommend working here if you want any type of job security. In the short 6 months I was there, I saw them fire at least a dozen people.
