Pros
- The german side had passionate people that saw web3 and crypto as life-style rather then a job. That mindset ingrained into me early on and its something that I will carry over. - Many of the co-workers in Germany had a beautiful personality and it was a privilege to work with them. - At a certain point, there were interesting things being built. I cant remember when that changed.
Cons
- Everything else. - Given how they fired everyone, they just lost 66.6% of their pros on a single blow. - The interesting things that were being built were eventually discarded due to political reasons. The ones that remained suffered from continuous obsolescence.
