Pros
The work was comfortable and rewarding, and I was able to work my preferred shift (2nd) without issue.
Cons
Management liked to bait-and-switch regarding things like benefits and COL raises. They'd promise pay increases according to merit, seniority, and economic factors, and then just restructure the pay scales again to get away with giving out smaller raises than they should have. Also a marked reluctance to perform necessary maintenance on factory equipment, usually only stepping in when something breaks catastrophically.
