Amazing mission and volunteers. Everything else? Not so amazing.

Pros
The mission and volunteers. Some co-workers (on the chapter and national level) actually make you feel like you're part of a "team," working to make a difference. The staff in White Plains (the non-CEO's, Field Managers, etc...) are great to work with (not to mention incredibly under-appreciated).
Cons
Lack of management (on the chapter and national level), lots of extra hours and required attendance at events. If you like the constant feeling of being frazzled and burnt out, then this is the place for you. LLS used to be about teamwork and the mission. Now it's about micromanagement, personal gain and more campaign revenue. There has been a definite culture change at LLS over the years and it hasn't been in a positive direction.
