Pros

Work-life balance is great along with remote work.

Cons

Big divide between National and Region/Markets. No career growth no matter how much they try to promote it.

Pros

The people. The mission. Everyone is commited to the mission. Most staff is supportive when it comes to work/life balance. Remote and flexible schedules .

Cons

Does a lot to promote career growth but takes a LONG time and the program is vague and lacks clarity. Promotions more frequent in some departments versus others.
