Bright Future Ahead

Pros

With the introduction of our new CEO, LLS has renewed hope, vision and excitement for the future. Our new CEO has made several strategic changes, including evolving the Executive Team . These changes eliminated leaders who were wrong for LLS and replaced them with senior leaders who are knowledgeable, experienced, inspiring and collaborative. I’ve never been as excited about LLS’s future as I am right now. LLS has also made significant changes to our compensation and incentive model to ensure we are competitive in the industry. LLS is always striving to improve. The positive culture and engagement of both staff and volunteers is best in class.

Cons

Continue to evaluate retirement packages to stay most competitive.
