Corporate Culture

Pros

Supposedly a good cause to work for

Cons

It is a toxic corporate culture that places emphasis on fundraising while Mission staff are treated like second-class citizens. Employees are just casually disposed of.

Toxic, Cutthroat, Outright Mean Staff

Business Outlook

Pros

Work towards a great mission

Cons

Senior leadership (vice president and above) treat those they manage and work with across the organization like trash. Backstabbing, harassment, and lack of integrity plague many areas of the organization. I would avoid, even as a last resort. You will be asked to do things that are against your own morals and ethical standards, and perhaps do things that are borderline illegal in service to senior leadership and their whims.

Unfortunate

Pros

Mission is amazing but seems to be getting diluted.

Cons

Leadership, specifically in the campaigns is toxic. It’s a mean girls club that runs more like a sorority.
