Pros

You’re only required to work 35 hours and can collect overtime for anything over 40 hours.

Cons

Spending on their employees over their mission is absurd - flights for employees when they could easily drive and carpool together. Fundraisers are incredibly cliquish.

Pros

Giving back to the community, helping others, making a difference in peoples lives

Cons

Management not good at managing people; sharing your concerns are not taken seriously; pay is low (being non profit); long hours during major events
