Pros

Working from home full-time, long holiday breaks, including a 10 day Christmas/New Years break, exciting opportunity to contribute and collaborate with corporate partners.

Cons

Dangerously toxic overall culture, terrible management, talking behind your back, "clique" like atmosphere, senior management will degrade you for mistakes you didn't even make. They will go to their resources to make you look bad, even when they don't know how to possibly resolve the issue.

Pros

Good mission. You learn a great deal about new research and developments.

Cons

Quite corporate. Higher ups have said one thing and done another or not stay true to their word.
