Pros

Health insurance, remote work, good mission.

Cons

Unrealistic goals from senior management. Constantly changing strategies by leadership that don't seem to make improvements towards goals leadership sets. Consistent trickles of layoffs (of long tenured and respected employees too). "Sinking ship" vibes.

Pros

My coworkers, super kind hearted and helpful Health benefits

Cons

Worst job I have ever had. Overworked and undervalued. I have never been treated worse by directors in my life. Was constantly told I was bad at my job and was brought to tears almost every day. I took this job because I wanted to help people, but all I did was harass people for money and was told my ideas were awful.

Valuable employees overshadowed by poor culture and high turnover

Pros

Health insurance and collaborative ERGs; community events are great and important

Cons

The culture has changed quite a bit over the last few years. Overworked, turnover is high, leadership is terrible, morale is low. Lots of layoffs. The mission is turning into big sales quotas.
