Pros

Great pay and decent hours

Cons

Absolutely terrible management; company refuses to acknowledge their mistakes, several unlawful firings, unethical practices and conduct; we were constantly rushed and stressed to fit 12 hours of work into 10

Pros

Some interesting products and friendly coworkers.

Cons

To succeed at Bloom you must keep your head down and ignore transgressions by executives and favorites. Alternatively, you can be rewarded by participating in retaliation against those who speak up. Executives are beholden to a corrupt CEO. HR claims they don’t tolerate retaliation but don’t fall for it. With help from the legal department HR facilitates the DARVO method of management (DARVO = deny, attack, and reverse victim & offender). The products are good but not affordable for customers without government subsidies so there is a lot of political maneuvering. The revolving door in marketing continues to redefine the company with the latest hype, now shifting from hydrogen to AI and data centers.
