      Business is relatively new and constantly evolving.

      Cons

      No stability. Constantly "fighting fires" instead of developing processes that work. Never know when the funding will run out.

      Executive level management knows how to communicate and execute efficiently. All team members are passionate and excited to be there. There is a huge sense of self worth and the potential for growth under the dedicated management team.

      Now that the company has expanded across the country, it makes it extremely hard to keep up with all the new employees
