The pay is average, Show up get paid

Cons

The company stresses 5S and "clean energy" but the fiberglass and freeflow materials suspected of causing cancer fly through the air getting in eyes and lungs. HOT in summer, no AC just fans. Safety hazards and improper equipment. Lack of communication between leads and workers as well as between leads themselves. Avoid the cancer.

Management treats employees horribly. Favoritism is their culture. I felt like I was in jr high all over again. Temps are like disposable napkin. Sign on bonus is not honored unless your their preferred race.

Cons

Lacks good management. High turn over.
