      Small company Things get approved quickly People are good expect System Engineering Manager and Facilities team both are rude. Great Technology Free Maggi

      Cons

      This place is remote No food available, Not even tea vendor The technology is unique you will not get job anywhere, Because no other companies exist in this tech. There are safety alarms ringing everyday this company deals with hydrogen, toxic gases. Good chance of losing your life or health issue. Company doesn't provide the insurance enough to take care of it System engineering team is toxic and is micromanaged. Growth is less and option to climb ladder Only 2 days WFH in month Company has stopped R&D effort for new products
