Pros

Exposed to different cultures. If you are lucky, you can take part on cool projects and sharpen multiple skills. Healthcare cover is amazing

Cons

They only care about numbers. Everyone knows this department sucks, so if you suck up to your team leader you'll be able to move faster. If you don't, they'll make you stay and force you to hit impossible targets until they run you dry and force you out. They don't see the qualities in you or the areas that you are good at, if you are not a TL's pet they need you to be a robot and be good at everything or else they'll use the areas you are failing at as an excuse to sack you.
