Pros

Well covered insurance Pantry foods

Cons

Nonsense micromanagement: you will get pinged multiple times if you are out for toilet for too long (say 10 mins) Unfair year-end reviews: it's a people-driven game so even if all your metrics go above average, if you don't suck up to management you will get the minimum raise. People with below-average metrics are getting 15%+ raise per year while talented people who doesn't want to suck up are getting 2% raise.
