Pros

benefits are good, lateral movement is fairly easy, and no one is crazy overworked

Cons

very inflexible policy on work from home, a large bureaucracy where it can be hard to get a straight answer from management, no company parties, and environment can feel competitive and isolating in some of the bigger departments as your performance is very tied to your numbers
