      Good compensation and health plan for employees and dependents, nice balance work/life balance and tons of opportunities within the company, diversity. I always had very good managers.

      Pros

      - everyone is generally very willing to help each other - good working hours - generous insurance scheme and 401K - generous pay rises if you perform

      Cons

      - too many unnecessary fluffy sharing meetings, trainings and townhalls taking employees' time away from doing actual work - unreasonable sales targets and distribution of accounts, some sales people hit their sales target mainly based on growth accounts - lack of career advancement - lack of longevity, the longer you are there, the more likely you'll be pushed out
