Pros
good hard working and smart people. people are spot on from the office hours for sure. but asking them to work overtime would be a foreign language - which provides a good work life balance.
Cons
keeping the best talent after 5 years or so of service. if you notice the work force is young and for those in management they have served for a long time. but those besides management are 'stuck' though once again one of the pros is that bloomberg is very flat.
