Poor work/life balance. Very little gratitude for success, do not value their people, middle to sr management looking to prove their worth in unworthy ways, constant change, yet nothing changes. No amount of success is enough. Very flat organization that talks about openness and transparency. That openness and transparency only goes one way, to benefit management and above. No transparency for employees. They talk about wanting people to think outside the box, yet do not appreciate it and try to force people into a box. Thinking outside the box gets you outcasted. Clicky and incestuous at the TL and SM level.

Poor leadership, not many opportunities to grow as a creative, unclear project briefs, disorganized company
