Cons
4 days a week in the office. Depending on the manager, there's no flexibility. The job title of 'data analyst' in the Data department is confusingly misleading as you are not analyzing anything. More precise title would be 'data administrator'. You can start working there if you want to know what that means. Once you get so comfortable in your job, you don't have anywhere to go as your skills are just for the company, which means they are non-transferrable skills.
