Pros

- high salary considering the nature of the role (replying questions and doing cold calls) - free breakfast and pantry snacks (wide selection of snacks and drinks) - no overtime work, 8am to 6pm strictly - young crowd, all fresh grads (fun environment)

Cons

- Misleading job title, you are basically helpdesk. You can only go to sales after 2 years and it's not guaranteed. - Your skills are not useful outside the company, zero mobility - High micro managing level, you are monitored for every single metric - Obvious biasedness, opportunities always go to the same few people - Rigid schedule. Your lunch time and breaks and decided for you, you get no say. Very strict 1h lunch time.

Pros

Great office and colleagues, lots of learning opportunities

Cons

Micromanagement, constant anxiety because anything you do can be badly reviewed and held against you for your career progression.
